Our Eco-Responsible approach

Eco-design is an innovative and creative progress approach that integrates the environmental impact of its actions from the study phase to the end-of-life phase of products. It is an aesthetic and technical alternative that ensures or even improves the performance of the projects.

MIKADO, The Stand Architects, is keenly aware of technological innovations and attentive to evolving trends. We regularly study and test new products to provide our clients with more sustainable solutions for their stands.

Our choice is to promote independent modules to facilitate the reuse of elements.

Cardboard: Why this choice?

With the current awareness of environmental constraints, the French are turning to the construction of eco-friendly homes that respect the planet and promote sustainable development. The cardboard we use is not only an environmentally friendly material but also durable. It can be cut, folded, pushed, and reshaped; it embraces both straight and curved lines, and it can be easily printed on, dressed up, and paired with a wide range of eco-materials.

Wood

We work with space, creating generous and fluid volumes that allow energy flows to circulate, essential for the exchange of information between humans and their environment. Wooden structures provide enclosure without blocking the view, making them particularly suitable for situations where visual perception and brightness are prioritized. They serve both decorative and functional roles within the stand, allowing for a blend of design and communication elements. We have chosen to install wooden structures in reference to contemporary housing. The combination of design and eco-conception brings harmony and well-being to the project while enhancing your visual identity.

The living wall

We develop decorations using natural plants (living walls) that are cultivated and rented locally. This approach creates harmony and a natural connotation. The floral decorations and living walls are retrieved at the end of the exhibitions, ensuring sustainability and minimizing waste.
